PROTECT AMERICA CHARGED ME FOR 36 MONTHS FOR A PRODUCT THAT NEVER WORKED Texas
I received a call from a telemarketer. I was fooled to believe them. they offered an alarm system to protect my home. I was gullible enough to believe them. I lived alone and thought it might be a good idea. They have you install there magnet system. From the very beginning it NEVER WORKED. I complained numerous times with no avail. For 36 months I paid $39.95 a month. It never worked and they could not make it work. Every time I called in they said if I did not pay , my credit would suffer. I have 2 more months left to pay them. They do not care about customer service. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
