prominerz.com Ecom Trade Stoffel Stole 10,300 U.S.D Zurich
This Company is a scam. I sent them 10,300 for a Miner that has since been delayed. They advised in the beginning if the miner would be delayed they would fully refund the amount sent. First they tried to point me to T.O.S denying they refund even though I have an email from them stating they would refund.
After they ask to prove they said it and I sent them a copy of the email, they claimed they had to cancel and wait for confirmation from the manufacturer. They asked me for my bank information to send the refund, and claimed it would be by early next week. That was in September.
The manufacturer has since issued refunds for the miner because of the delay, and when I contacted the manufacturer they stated they never heard of this company, nor did they receive any orders from them.
Prominerz.com then sent me an email stating they would keep my refund after they supposedly receive it back from the manufacturer because I called them a scam on line for not refunding me like they said they would.
Prominerz sent me an email claiming it's a crime to call them a scam on line and that it hurts their business so they will not be refunding my money because Swiss law allows that. We will see how true this is in the weeks and months to come.
I have also reported to the authorities an email I received from them what looks to be possible customs fraud. I have reported this scam to my local police department, IC3 which is the F.B.I, econsumer.gov, and will be sending a report to the Cantonal Police of Zürich next week.
Case #s, file #s, emails, and reference numbers can be provided for any verification necessary.
I was also shown a post from a friend where Prominerz makes derogatory remarks about the manufacturer possibly hurting their reputation online, the same thing they alleged that I have done to them, yet they have no problems doing it to other actually verified businesses.

I was also scammed by Prominerz.com. Looks like this Stoffel charachter has started many companies and they are all gone now. I don't believe this is his first scam. The only reason I ordered from them was because AsicMinerValue.com said they were a trusted reseller.
Turns out they were wrong. I did get AMV to remove Prominerz from their website but the scammers are still at it. New reports emerging daily of their scams. I started a website and hope it helps stopping people from getting scammed. ProminerzScam.com
