I want to say i'm sorry about your situation. First thing is that you have to understand that due to consumers commiting fraud against insurance companys (all companys) there is no way to show the vehicle was repaired. I can understand your frustration but there is no way for the insurance company to know if the car was repaired or not. Bad thing is to many poeple lie which then screw the good people like you who tell the truth. Second when you shop for insurance and a new company pulls what's called a CLUE report 90% of the time fault is not reported so the company pulling the report has limited information to go off of and can only interpret the report. The same thing happens all the time with Progressive, that's why with our quotes there is a dispute option to have underwriting review the claim to make sure the information is write. Progressive most likely did not report it to be your daughters fault just the new company is reading limited info. Just call Progressive and they will tell you plus most likely send any info they can to your new insurance company about the claim and the fault %. Even though I do work for the company and I know I see all sorts of posts from employess where the consumer writes it off because they assume we would all lie. I know insurance sucks sometimes but what I'm telling you is the truth. I know this does not help your situation but I don't want you to be frustrated. If you have any questions, post them here and I will try to help.
