I bought Tide Free & Gentle liquid detergent on August 8, 2013.

Starting on August 10, 2013:  I washed several loads of clothes.  I then wore the clothes.  My skin started feeling strange, within a few days a horrible rash happened on all parts of my skin that had come in contact with the clothes and sheets that were washed in Tide Free and Gentle liquid detergent.

By August 14, 2013 my body was covered in horrible rash, by August 15, 2013 my hands and arms were so swollen I could not move my fingers or hands without extreme difficulty.  I thought I might die from this expose to Tide Free and Gentle.  It was the most frightening and horrifying experience I have ever experienced from using a consumer product.

On August 12, 2013:  I tried to wash out the Tide from the clothes, but, it would not wash out with 4 washing of other safe detergent from another company.  I had to throw out every towel, wash cloth, sheet, pillow case, slacks, underwear, shirts, tops, etc. that had been washed in this very dangerous Tide Free and Gentle liquid detergent.

Today, as I write this Rip-Off Report it is August 29, 2013:  my skin is still painful, the skin on my arms looks leathery and is peeling!  When will this nightmare ever end?  When will the pain go away?  I hope my skin is not permanently damaged.  My skin hurts and keeps me from being able to sleep well.

Proctor and Gamble was only willing to refund the purchase price of the Tide, they wanted to send me coupons for their other products.  I will never trust Proctor and Gamble again.  I told them I do not want any coupons for anything they make.

Tide should have paid for new clothes and sheets, towels etc. Tide should have paid for pain and suffering, too.

I am afaird to buy any of Proctor and Gambles products.

What toxic chemicals are in Tide Free and Gentle?  Why did Proctor and Gamble put toxic chemicals or whatever was in Tide Free and Gentle?  Did Proctor and Gamble dump toxic waste into their Tide Free and Gentle as a way to get rid of toxic waste and then sell to unsuspecting consumers?  What happen?  Why I am still in pain, my skin looks horrible.  What did Proctor and Gamble do to me?

The problem is that many people are allergic to many different things.  I'm certain there are millions of people using Tide with no issues at all

At one time I had something similar that my doctor and I determined to be caused by Oxy Clean.  It wasn't quite as severe but that was the problem.  The rest of my family had no problems and we have friends who use it with no problems either.  I am apparently allergic to something in Oxy Clean.

The funny thing is that we switched to Tide and my problems went away. Everyone is different and the soap companies do not have a conspiracy to kill their customers.  Just don't use Tide anymore, I'm sure you don't.
