Please save yourself some time and DO NOT order anything from Printful. Waiting two weeks for them to get back to me to say I had to resubmit artwork. I resubmitted within hours of getting the notification, but they never reviewed the update. After two weeks I started a chat with a customer care rep Krista N. She took 5 minutes between responses, but because I took one minute to respond, she cut me off. Krista N. was rude and short from the beginning. She acted like I was bothering her and told me that "she has a long queue of customers to serve." Krista N. refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. I tried for a while, but nothing.
