Charged me customer order and did not full fill and I canceled order and they did not refund me $19.94.

I was doing business with Printfil.com and had them linked ot my account on Etsy.com and I did not get the customers order payment from Esty.com yet, and Printful processed the order and charged my PayPal account $19.94 and then we had the orde ron "HOLD" until Etsy.com paid me the customers order to have the T-shirt with my design art work on it of "Baby Yoda" painting I did and I showed proof of this being my art work on Youtube.com through a "LIVE" video recoridng.

Then Printful decided to the T-shirt procduction on "HOLD" again even though I still did not get paid from Esty.com and this time it was they refused to print my design on the T-shirt, So" I went and I canceled the order manully and requested a "REFUND" of the production cost I sent to them to make the shirt, and where they did not start to make the shirt or even ship it out I requested a "FULL" refund cause they was trying dispute me over only have the funds be refunded and they get to keep the shipping cost when they never printed the t-shirt or shipped it out!!

So, I said either refund on "FULL" or "LAWSUIT" and I would press charges through the FBI online inerent crime center website which this is a internet crime they did online, and refused to refund me my money!!!

So I filed charges against them through the FBI and I am going to the report this in to Senator: Susan Collins office and also to Governor: Janet Mills of Maine and also to the President: Trump, while he is still in office.

I am filing with you people here at Rip off Report.com and my next step is to do a "LIVE" vidoe on YouTube.com tonight and filing a report with the BBB office and Attorney Generals office too!!

I am and will be wanring people whenever I can about this fraudulent business and who they treat people and do business and I will spread the word not to do business with them or trust them!!!

I have Screenshot and Video recordings as "PROOF" of what tyhey did to me.

When i requested the refund they said for me to got to their website log in and click on the button to process my refund under billing and I went there and there was "NO" button to click just said Refunded and that was it and then I got a email in saying this to me:

My name is Renata, and I'm one of the fraud analysts and customer support team members here at Printful. I'm writing in regards to the recent incident with your payment to Printful.

It appears that one transaction between you and Printful have been disputed by the cardholder as product has not been received. This means that the transaction is now reversed and our account is debited for this amount + your bank also charged the handling fee $10.50 for the chargeback.

The transaction in question is 17631957 $19.94 Dec 8th, 2019, that was used to pay for the order 1544709230 (Shipment #26405374-9996857.

Please note that you have canceled the order #1544709230 and when you cancel the order in Printful dashboard, the refund for it will go to your Printful wallet. That's in Printful dashboard-> billing-> Printful wallet. From there, you can either withdraw the funds back to your payment method or use them for future orders.

Since you opened a chargeback, we have depleted $19.94 from your Printful wallet and accepted the chargeback, your bank will be returning you the funds.
