I want to write small update.
I contacted Printerpix again. No answer for a week so I started e-mailing them everyday. Finally someone answered my e-mail but that was another person so didn't know what is going on, even though there was a history.
So it has been another two weeks without my photobook and this issue is still not resolved. Printerpix UK is the worst company to deal with ever!
