So apparently there are guys who wear the same thing every day, bring one Tux, and can't understand anyone who would bring more than that? My three bags were small, but one was a "suiter" fold over type, which contained both white and black tuxes, two other suits, and assorted shirts on hangers. My other small bags contained everything else....but to a slob, I guess I packed too much. This business isn't about what I packed anyway...it is about lously costumer relations in not accepting the fact that THEY were at fault by losing the bag in the first place, and then getting away with it "on the cheap".

I find the whole story kind of hard to believe. They had 5 bags, one got lost, so they're out 20 PERCENT of their clothing. NOW, I've never heard or seen a guy with more clothes then his wife or girlfriend. I mean really. Think about it. What dude brings and wears more clothes then his girlfriend? What was in the other 4 bags? From the way the OP is going off, HIS stuff was in the other 4 bags. Last cruise we took, I took a tux and she took a DIFFERENT outfit for EACH night's formal dining. That's five times my packing. Nope, not buying it.
