To Whom It May Concern:

I received several late evening telephone calls from a person named "Rebecca" who was "recruiting" for a very fast paced and very upwardly mobile company called "Primerica Financial Services". She left me several messages and I attempted to return her calls during the day, but always got her voicemail. Finally, late one evening she called and I happened to be

home and she began to explain to me why she was calling. She mentioned that my name had been given to them as a good prospect for employment.

I receive calls from "headhunters" from time to time and I quickly assumed that she was one also. We talked for a few minutes and then I informed her that I would have to think about her job offer. I didn't feel comfortable with what she told me and so I never called her back.

I then decided to get on the Internet and check ut "Primerica". The second hit I found was your site describing their questionable tactics. I then knew why I did not feel

comfortable with my conversation with "Rebecca".

I had initially felt as if I was being "conned" into some type of scheme. And now after reading your site, I was convinced that the feeling I had was of dread. Thank you so much for putting this type of valuable information out for others to read.

Primerica ...sell sub-prime loans, expensive insurance, and fee-laden mutual funds to your family, then wants you to hit up your friends to join, and add another 200 bucks to the pyramid.

Jason, read you compliance papers. First, you are not allowed to post to any internet forums. Primerica understands that when its agents post, it makes PFS look really bad. In general PFS agents are not the brightest people around, and they know it.

"How many people spend hundereds of hours in classes at colleges and pay for it. "

This is the crap they teach at the MLM Primerica. Always using ridiculous analogies and belittling things that get in the way of their brainwashing. They always say college is a scam. I guess instead, they would rather have you give them $200 to get the most useless and disrespected and ridiculed designation (PFA) in the financial industry.

"At Primerica the money that we charge is used for educational courses and a background check that is required by State regulators. The money helps our new agents to get licensed in the insurance industry so they can make money while they learn."

BUZZZZ. Background check? I have to pay to prove that I'm not a felon? Give me a break. For courses? How come you have to pay the fee even if you're already licensed? Helps your new agents get licenses? BUZZZZ.

Again, the fee has to be paid no matter what, so that would make you look like, yes, a total idiot.

"Primerica also gives the average person that doesn't want to walk all over someone to get ahead a chance to do something great."

It allows you to sell sub-prime loans, expensive insurance, and fee-laden mutual funds to your family, then wants you to hit up your friends to join, and add another 200 bucks to the pyramid. You have a lot to learn, my friend.

It has been real interesting reading your website. I find it real
interesting that all of the coments made have no real validity. Especialy about our founder being in jail. I also think that it is real interesting that we are put down for "charging" people to come to work for us. How many people spend hundereds of hours in classes at colleges and pay for it. At the same time they have to wait 4 years to start making any money.

At Primerica the money that we charge is used for educational courses and a background check that is required by State regulators. The money helps our new agents to get licensed in the insurance industry so they can make money while they learn.

Primerica also gives the average person that doesn't want to walk all over someone to get ahead a chance to do something great.

Don't talk about something you know absolutly nothing about.
