Prime TV.. never received $260.00 refund. Been over 10 months
I bought a Direct TV dish 10 months ago from Prime TV in Southern Pine, NC. The deal included free installation and a $60.00 rebate on the dish. I filled out all needed paperwork and mailed it to them. Finally about 5 months later I received another norice saying the paperwork was incomplete (I could only guess that it was because I didn't copy the back of the check. So I did so and still after 3 more months - no word so I call around March 17th and at this time was told the refund was going to be mailed and I would have it by April 15th. Well still no word and it is now May 11th!!! Now when I call the companies phone # I be put on hold for 5 minutes then a answering machine picks up. I'm not a mailman but I know it doesn't take mail 3 months to get from NC to GA. I need help..... I know they are going to try to screw me out of this $260.00
