Had direct TV installed 12/13/03 by Prime TV. There was no rebate form with materials installers brought to my home.

I have called three times for the rebate application to be sent to me. I was told on !2/13/03 that it would be sent within 7-10 days. I called 12/29/03 and 1/10/ 04 trying to get the forms. Each time I was told I would get the forms in 7-10 days. Today is 1/27/04 I still do not have the forms I need to request my rebate of $89.00. I keep calling them at 1800-395-5899.

Sometimes I can get a customer service rep after 30 minutes or so. I am often put on hold,directed to wrong department,or simply hung up on.

They promised me the rebate and I want it.
