I recently purchased the professional version of Norton Anti-virus and was given two rebates to submit. The first one was through the store and symantec, and it came quickly with no problem. The second one did require that I had a previous competitor's product of a previous product from them. I sent it in, and noticed online that it had been declined. I called the number and they told me why. The customer support tech. walked me through the process of printing out a screen to prove I had a previous year's version of antivirus. I then got my rebate promptly. Keep trying to contact them, you will hopefully get yours. I think there is a website you can to go to check the status of your rebate, however I no longer have it.
