PRIME ONE BENEFITS RIPOFF THEY KNOW THEY WERE NOT RIGHT NEW YORK
The headache started about three months ago , when i got a phone call from prime one benefits so call koll center. They offered a credit line for me of a $1,000.00 and I was in definite need of that, all i had to do was a one time set-up fee of $199.00 which i didnt mind at first. They pretended to do all the protocol steps with verifications and the whole sha-bang!
I had no idea what rollercoaster ride i was about to begin. The first thing that i was fishy about was thier was no call back number at first when the bank verified funds disbursted to this comp. . Next i got the packet, finally thier was a number in the packet with advertisement that they were also credit counselors.
The real nightmare started when i had to call every day to ask where my card was, I explain im a single parent on the county trying to repair my credit and didnt have money to throw away like that. They said they understood and my info. from the bank was on its way it was sent out on the 13th of last month. I called my last time yesterday and they said they were goin to put a rush svc. on it. I guess thier fourtune my stupidity.
P.S. someone please help if you have any info on this comp.
