Priceshuffle.com Price shuffle.com SCAM - RIP off, deceptive Internet
This was the link that I used and talks about the 100 bids when you sign up.

Went to the website (priceshuffle.com) and registered and used the coupon. When I entered in the coupon it said that the bids had been applied. However, I then saw that I had 125 bids - I thought that this was strange and only expected 100. Then a few days later I saw that my CC was charged 75.75. This was completely unexpected. I called and asked for a refund and was denied. I just thought that there must be some sort of error. I am going to contact the BBB, My State Attorney General. The Cyber Internet Crime, the IC3 and several more to make sure that it is know how terrible of a scam this company is. Also, the news website where I suspect most of us got suckered is a fake. All are supposedly owned by The Memphis Gazette implying that it is a newspaper. Yet in light grey tiny letters (that no one will read) on the Memphis Gazette site, it states: This site is not affiliated with any newspaper publication. This is a company that does not exist.
The male anchor is the same person on all 4 sites but has a different name.
The channel 9 and channel 4 sites use the same logo, modified from NBCs Today show to imply an affiliation. The anchors are the same, different names.
The article is exactly the same on all 4 and is written by Johanna on 2 of the sites but the photo of Johanna is of 2 different people. On the third site, the article is written by Julie and the 4th is Julia.
The comments section is closed because of spam and isnt it interesting that all of the comments are glowing???
Ive gone back to these sites repeatedly over the past few days and Ive noticed that the penny auction site being promoted changes when the special bonus promotion expires. New penny auction site, new bonus expiration date. Comments, however, do not change. ..but too bad you didn't do this before you gave them any account information. That fake news report does seem to lure people in.
What should be noted..is 2 of the sites you mentioned at the end of the report..swipebids and swipeauctions (which are one in the same) were responding on this website promising refunds and having the customers jump through all kinds of hoops and red tape...only to recently inform them that they are shutting down and will no longer issue refunds. (nice to get their hopes up and make them go through all the process for nothing). They also state they are no longer accepting new memberships, but last I checked not only is the site still up and running, but they have increased the fee to $179.00 and certainly were accepting new members.
In other words nothing these sites do, say or claim from the get go is true. It is a scam, deceptive and makes them a lot of money. Everything they do and say is all part of the scam. They will ALL eventually shut down, or be forced to shut down. These sites if you decide to try it even after you know how they used deception and fraud to get you to sign up in the first place..is NOTHING less then online gambling for prizes..and worthless "bidpacks" which are nothing more then virtual poker chips. And as with any gambling site or casino..is it not in the houses best interest for as many gamblers/customers/members to LOSE as possible as quickly as possible?
Think about that. I wonder why the FTC has not yet shut them all down..but due to all the complaints I have heard there are strong investigations in progress..so if anyone reading is expecting a refund..better act fast.
Granted you will read a few reports where the customers claim the were refunded, or were promised a refund. Some victims were ethical enough to confess that priceshuffle agreed to the refund only if the victim posts a redaction. It's sickening really and all part of the scam..swipebids did the same shenanigans. For every refund the issue,if any..there are many many many more who are going through this nonsense nightmare..and continuing to sign up getting sucked in by the scam spam emails and fraudulent fake news reports.
The business model itself is actually quite brilliant, but anyone who implements it has not an ounce of ethics, honor or moral conscience. Not the way it is being done presently.
