Priceline.com charged us twice for the same tickets.They refuse to resolve the situation even after we sent proof of the error.I would not recommend using priceline.com. We have been forced to file a small claims court case against them.

What happened with the case in the end. I would like to know now that the case is 11 years old. I have never had a bad experience with Priceline.com.
