priceline logistics LLC Gave me a highly inaccurate estimate for moving my household goods from AZ to NV west palm beach florida
This company gives you a reasonable binding estimate for moving your household good; but what they don't tell you is when the moving company they find you comes out that company will turn around and charge you 3 to 5 the amount of the binding estimate priceline gives you. Also, the mover also ends up coming out with a truck that can't fit all the stuff you told them you planned on shipping. I wanted to get the most accurate estimate for my move that i could and offered to either allow them to send somebody out or do a virtual tour of all the stuff I was shipping but the representative Russell Swanson assured me that we didn't need to do that. He asked me a series of questions about my belongings that I wanted to ship and told him multiple times about what I had and still missed items like my washer and dryer. Once I figured out that he missed this I called priceline and they told me that it wouldn't be more than a couple hundred bucks to add the missing and did not need to do another estimate with me. My binding estimate was $2501.00 and moving day it turned into $8664.81.... Next time I am definitely going to find a place that will have some come out to my place to get me a way more accurate estimate or even a virtual walkthrough I don't want to get caught in this kind of mess again. I honestly feel like I paid this company almost $900.00 to f**k myself over and highly do not recommend using this company to help with moving your belongings.
