People do not recieve thier paychecks after they are released or quit.  They sometimes never recieve thier final pay, or it could be up to a month to recive your final paycheck.  I have witnessed this many times.  The enviroment is hostile working conditions, when Matt Aylward is present.  

You have to endure the screaming, cursing, and the abuse or violence he persieves to do everytime when he is present, such as slamming a bat in his hands in front of you, slamming a desk, throwing chairs, yelling in your face, and cursing while you are pitching.  Also, Matt is abusive to his own mother.  She allows this to happen.  If you are not family, then you are expendable.  Many of the employee do drugs during lunch & anytime they can get away with it. Come in drunk also.

You can be on the telephone with a client, and Matt will come up to you if your not pitching correctly.  He will curse and scream at you when you are trying to do your job.  The ex employess/ losers are not liars in regards to the conditions of the work envronment and the quality of the leads.

The in house call center is a total joke.  Our gaurantee is to provide you, our clients with a 5 % appontments per your qauntity of leads.  we gaurantee to call 1 lead 5 times.  This never happens!  The call center can never establish a manager for more than six months.  The customer service in regards to the call center is null and void.  Matt Soldner gaurantees these clients 5% appontments and  charges up to $1.000.00 to $1,500.00 to purchase the call center which never has a time frame.  Please read your contracts carefully.  There are clients in the call center for two years  that have never made it to half of the 5% promised.

If you try to get a refund its nearly impossible.  You need to contact bbb, att general, and/or an attorney.  The best would be the bbb so others can see your experiance.  Bussinesses are always calling in to have thier # to be put on our dnc list, which there is none.  All this makes the employess job a joke because Matt wants them to "pound the phones".  Prestige does not have a DNC list to provise the sales reps or the call center./.  

 

What About An Established Business Relationship?

A telemarketer or seller may call a consumer with whom it has an established business relationship for up to 18 months after the consumer's last purchase, delivery, or payment - even if the consumer's number is on the National Do Not Call Registry. In addition, a company may call a consumer for up to three months after the consumer makes an inquiry or submits an application to the company. And if a consumer has given a company written permission, the company may call even if the consumer's number is on the National Do Not Call Registry.

One caveat: if a consumer asks a company not to call, the company may not call, even if there is an established business relationship. Indeed, a company may not call a consumer - regardless of whether the consumer's number is on the registry - if the consumer has asked to be put on the company's own do not call list.

From the FTC.  Prestige does not comply with this rule or Law.  Businesses call in daily due to the harassment.  The employee turn over is totally outrageous.

The company across from Prestige has witnessed these horrible actions many times.  

Prestige takes your credit card info and charges before you receive anything.  They can't gaurantee that you will not have current clients on this list.  You can purchase the list yourself for up to $20. verses $350.00. INFO.USA.  The leads are saturated, 1/3 of the list will be FInancial Advisors, The other 1/3 will be DNC's. The rest will problably be current clients.

Is there anyway to pursue action for the horrible conditions for the employess.  And the breaking of the rules for DNC. And warn the Clients about the services they receive and to help them understand how Prestige Management runs the company.
