There are so many issues here with this company it will take me far to much time to explaine all.
Heres a copy of what I just wrote and sent to the lowers.
I have made this report in order to let you understand what my emails the other day as well as yesterday are all aboth. In 12 / 14 months we have lost more than 365.000 Euros because of all this errors and problems.Therfore we are now claiming compensation for both our losses, all the work that has be done, as well for 1 other online shops that has ben impossible to launsh and last one online shop that has ben delayd for almost 3 months. Our compensation claim ther will be 200.000 Euros. Abow this, ther will be added compensation claimes regarding any and all costs from Designee in order to make this shops working with another platform as well as what ever attorney and legal costs ther might/will be.
Thats why this request of assistance and consideration by your lawfirm. This time I do endeed hope you will show that much seriusety and awnser /respond to my emails. I am, as well as my company well known in Tallin, and with do all respect to your company,we aint used to this kind of behaviar from Estonian companys.
We are experiansing many alike problems,alots of errors, wrong and misconfigutrations in their codings as well as database.
