PREMIER SAVINGS ripoff-For 379.00 dollars they did NOTHING! Scottsdale Arizona
One night I recieved a call from a young man telling me Premier Savings could get me a credit card with a fixed rate of 9 percent or less to consolidate my credit cards with higher interest rates into one lower payment.After a long conversation, I even checked out their website and it looked legitimate. So I called back and talked to an account specialist. Dulce Novall is her name.
She said my credit was good even though I had high balances on several cards,for 379.00 dollars she could get the card I needed to accomplish a consolidation. After charging one of my cards the 379.00, I recieved a package in the mail with her business card. I called the number on the card and spoke to another representative,(because Dulce was not there)and she gave me a telephone number to call and apply for a card at citibank. In 2 weeks I recieved a letter from citibank declining the application.
I called again and dulce was not there again. They gave me a number for another bank,HSBC.another declined appliccation,and so on.
For 379.00 dollars they did nothing for me but give me phone numbers to banks I could have gotten myself,anywhere. No results, No card, No conolidation,NO NOTHING!! Just took my money. I suggest if you are having difficulties paying you credit cards, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!You wont get any help from PREMIER SAVINGS!!!

I am sorry to hear that you were taken advantage of by these people. It's too late to dispute the charge on your credit card. There is a 6 month limit on disputes. Even if you sent them a check or money order you can get all of your money back quickly by filing a complaint with your Attn. Gen's. office. Also file one with the Arizona AG. ( see my Rip-off Report "" The Real Deal on Premier Savings for the address)They all have online complaint forms. By law they must investigate all complaints made about consumor fraud. A certified letter will be sent to Prenier Savings by the AG's office asking for an explaination of the transaction. Once they receive this letter they will be more than happy to give you back all of your money!
