YOUR CHARGE $279.00, YOU GET A PAMPLET TELLING YOU WHAT YOU ALREADY KNOW ABOUT CREDIT AND HOW TO PROTECT IT.

I was contacted 3 times in total (to date ) by Premier Savings. the first time I did not talk to them, and told them to call back the next week. The don't do very well on call backs. the second time I spoke with a man who explained what sounded like I was already approved for a new cc at 9%. I told him I would need to talk it over with my wife. he left their customer service number and his name. I searched on the web and found this report. I did not call them back. I was contacted today for the 3rd time. This time I knew better what questions to ask. Several of which were prompted by this report. The caller, femaile was much better at explaining their system, and made it quite clear I was not already approved for a credit card, but that thier system was a coaching sysstem that would help me get approved and where best to apply. She also claimed that the banks they "represented" saved money from advertising and eliminating non payeers by using Premier Savings program to gain new clients. She also stated that if I was not approved by 3 banks my fee would be refunded 100%. I am still researching, however, I cannot point fingers or agree with the original report especially since an earlier comment was refused, and that was to check and file a complaint wiht the attorney generals office.

This letter is in response to the complaint filed about Premier Savings. The customer who filed this complaint did not include his or her name, phone number or any sort of identification. If the customer was not happy with the service, we have no way of knowing except for this anonymous complaint.
Prior to each sale, we have a supervisor contact each customer to ensure that he or she understands exactly what it is they are purchasing. We are sorry that this customer is not happy, and we would like to be given an opportunity to satisfy the customer. However, we can not due this unless we know who is unhappy and why. Please feel free to contact us with any
other questions.

I just ALMOST sent my money to PREMIER SAVINGS in SCOTTSDALE!
Sounded too good to be true (reduce my Credit Card debt to 7% fixed for only a $279 fee!)
