UPDATE: See photo's below of Eric Synstad's home & car, the owner of Premier Savings.

When this company called me, they said they could help me to pay one low credit card payments by transferring all credit card balances into one credit card w/ a processing fee of $279.

It sounded real good because I was having hard time paying for all my credit cards every month. However, unlike other debt-consolidation companies, they DO NOT negotiate the interest rates or other terms w/ the creditors for you.

You are suppose to do EVERYTHING on your own. All they "helped" me was referring the phone numbers of these credit card companies/ banks.

I did not know I was suppose to get approved on my own w/ my own credit. If you already have financial problems or bad credit so that you're interested in debt consolidation, who would lend you any money w/ that credit or debt balances, especially a high credit limit?

They do say there's 60% refund if you get rejection letters by all 3 creditors they refer in 90 days, but the KEY POINT is that they don't refer all 3 creditors at the same time, but ONE BY ONE - so I ran out of time waiting for the decisions from the credit card companies.. now all my $279 is down the drain.

This is to all of the people who "feel as if they have been ripped off." I can totally understand and empathize with those of you who have not gotten what you truly believed what was going to happen but the real problem is you are not getting enough information at the time of the call.It is true you are protected byt the consumer protection act of 1986 and what it states is anything mistrepresented or lied to you about that is put onto your credit card you are not held liable for. the way you go about getting that money back is by contacting your financial estblishment. because of the fact after you hang up with the sales rep you are cntacted a second time and they record the conversation again aking you the same questions the sales rep asked and telling you the same info in order for your order to go through you have to agree to all questions by stating a clear yes or it ids denied and your order does not go through. the only reason i ever applied to work for this companyn is because at one time i was contacted and i went through this program myself and they helped me. in many cases the reason people do not get approved is because they dont do what the sales rep tells them in the beginnig " when you receive this package make sure you call me back so we can help you pick the bak who will approve you with the lowest rate and the most generous credit limit.

Dear consumer

Once again I, The Great Thorn, am here to inform and enlighten you and many other hard working people that feel they have been RIPPED OFF by PREMIER SAVINGS in Scottsdale, AZ .

The following info that Eric Synstad, the owner of Premier Savings may not want you to have. Here's some dandy delights deliciously detailed for my distressed darling Darla:

If for any reason, you FEEL that you are a victim and you want your money back, try contacting the owner, Eric Synstad, at his home address by mailing him a copy of your Rip Off Report.

Eric Synstad, the owner of Premier Savings Home & car. How do you like them? You all paid for it!

His home address is 24202 North 82nd Place, Scottsdale, AZ 85255

I have contacted The Editor of the ripoffreport.com (which ,by the way I've found to be the best web site on the planet for consumers) to get a local Consumer Advocate to take some pictures that will soon be posted.

Our advocate in Scottsdale tells me that he got a clear picture of Eric's $100,000 Mercedes Benz with the letters "RULUCKY" on his license plate.

Guess who helped pay for this BIG FAT GERMAN CAR? HMMM? Could it be, could it be? SYNSTAD! (my apologies to Hollywood film makers and the Saturday Night Live Church Lady)

Let him know that you're going to send a copy of your Rip Off Report to your State bank comissioner's office and your AG's office.

I am sick and tired of all these so called credit card companies and car dealer TV adds that are going to help you re-build your credit. All they are really going to do is PUMP money out of you.

It seems that ERIK SYNSTAD likes to hide from people that want to get their money back. Our Scottsdale Consumer Advocate and I did some research and found some info about Eric Synstad who owns Premier Savings in Tempe, AZ..

This guy sure has a bunch of addresses. I wonder why he needs so many of them? Maybe the local attorney general's office can find the answer as they have their own fraud division.

That's the good guys that go after the bad guys...oooh, I looove this game! The AZ Atty General's fraud division number is
(602) 542-5763. Fax: (602) 542-4579.

Then the AZ State Banking Dept. might like to know all about people who do bad things to other people. Don't these guys remember the GOLDEN RULE?? Where were these guys when the teacher taught us that? Smoking in the boys room maybe?

The AZ State Banking Dept.address is 2910 N. 44th St., Suite 310, Phx. AZ 85018. Their phone # is(602) 255-4421. Fax is (602) 381-1225.

They also have a toll free in AZ # and that is 1-800-544-0708. Come on guys and gals; let's go smoke 'em out of their ratholes! (my apologies to pet rats everywhere...their actually cute and innocent too)

Eric Synstad just might have the following email address. [email protected]

To those that know me from the ripoffreport.com site, I'm just an ordinary guy giving extraordinary information about certain people who know how to extract extra money from unsuspecting consumers in an underhanded way.

Premier Savings, you've just been spanked for inappropriate behavior...now go sit in the corner for time out!!

Stay tuned my fellow consumers for the next appearance of THE GREAT THORN, where my mission is to "Go deeper into the credit industry in order to reveal the truth".
