It doesn't even matter at this point, whether or not this person has something to sell or is a bill collector. The business he is running at this point is irrelavent. Stalking and harassement are unprofessional and illegal in the State of California. It is important that you DO NOT call that number any more, because those calls are monitered and logged with information about you. Anyone can by these toll free numbers, no lisence or registration required. Once you set up a toll free account, when someone calls your toll free number, it's recorded. They have a record of how many times you call, the duration of your call, and the address of your place of busines. They might even have a record of your place of residence, so that you can be tracked and receive more calls. It is a little more sophistacted than Caller I.D. Just to be on the safe side, it couldn't hurt to file a police report, with your local jurisdiction for stalking and harassement. California is one of the better States for enforcing anti stalking laws. Law enforcement can also have access to the records of calls received by your account, and the Caller's account.

Premiere Savings is a web site that specializes in selling a number of unrelated products, from knives, watches, jewelry to cellular phones. They are also "Resellers". I wanted to give you a list of those phones, because you stated they have a cell phone. The brands they sell are: Nokia, Ericssan, Nextel, Audiovox, Motorola, Samsung, Qualcomm, and LG/Touchpoint. If you have any of these phones, they might have sold your name on a customer list for Premier Savings. They claim to have secure shopping. They also ensure their customers privacy with the highest priority or so they claim. "You can be confident that no third parties have access to your email address and other personal information." http://198.63.2.33/aboutus/index.php?maxrecord=2, page 1 of 1, 6-23-03. They have a link set up so that you can give them comments. Maybe you could tell them what you think. :) They got their start at PopularLink.com. They are "ranked as part of the Top 10 shopping sites according to the PC Data." This from article: http://www.198.63.2.33/aboutus/index.php. They have a "Contact us" link at their site, their Headquarters are located in Houston, Texas. Maybe you could email them to state that you are not interested in becoming a customer, and then have them remove you from their solicitation list. If you cannot get results from a simple request, I can try to look into this further. If you shop online, you may want to examine your Navigaional History to see, if you purchased something from them unknowingly. You may have thought you were at one site, while you were really at another. This happens all the time. Also they're not hiding from Google, so you might surf for more information there as well. In addition, keep a record of the frequency and time of calls, and share this with your phone company to obtain records of their contact with you. Hope this helps, and I can offer more if necessary. Hope this helps.
