the package you recieved DOES NOT state the status because until you call your specialist and give you info and contact the band that issues your card. you balance transfer has not even started. before you call something a scam try understanding what you are doing first. This is the truth when we call people the remember about 15% of what is said. I had a call In which the customer said I told him I would consolidate $80,000.00 dollars on to one card at 3.9% and his payments would be $500.00 a month I talked to him for a while he said the package came from the company in Florida. I then told him premier savings in in Arizonia that jogged his memory and he realize HE didn't even talk to us. He read some of the junk on the website and thought he signed up with us and called to cancel. Point is WHen I called you and talked to you. I told you what you had to do to finish the process and my verifer told you what you had to do to finish todate you have not completed it that is why you don't have a completed process
