It’s very easy to become distracted my how simple YouTube sensations make applying wigs appear. The message that 1st time customers don’t get is that you have to have a certain relationship with the company to get good service. Clearly that is not ethical. I placed an order for a unit and the order stayed in a “processing state”. I personally called and always got the voicemail and never a call back. I sent emails and was told when my order would ship but it still came up as “processing”. Not only is this an inconvenience but I have to spend more money trying to find what I need by a deadline for an event. I was told. “I’m sorry” and it could ship soon. There was still no acknowledgement for the inconvenience. I was also told it could take up to 10 days to get the money returned back to me when clearly the money was gone as soon as I checked out. I would do more research before shopping with this company. From my experience they have no value for a customer’s time or money. The communication is poor and when they make a mistake, they only offer an apology.

Yes I knew your wig usually took 7-10 working days to make and your wig took 2 weeks ,that took longer time than expected . we knew it was our problem . The reason your order was delayed that those days there were too many orders and workers were too busy ,we really already tried our best to rush your order .
