"DON'T GET HOOKED, LINE AND SINKER, LIKE WE DID".

WE hope and pray you are reading this B/4 giving your money and time to this organization.

We agree with those who have previously submitted their expierence with their statements, actually we thought we were reading about us.

The Bait and Switch using the GetEStore and then building up to Precison Point Marketing.

The unanswered phone calls and e-mails. The pie in the sky E-Bay, prepared web site that they work for and with you while you learn, and get the profits etc. we have lived this nightmare also.

Our 'Coach' is very nice and appears to want to help do what they say the program does but, we could have learned this for free on line or went to the Yellow Pages and found a local company who does this!

Now we are tying to make Lemonade out of some very tart Lemons!

AND, we could have gone on a nice family vacation with the money we were "SLIGHT OF HAND" Vam-boozled out of!

This is for all of our fellow countrymen/women who were "Taken In" like we were and what happened to resolve this complaint .............NOTHING. We also filed with the BBB in Utah, only to have the file closed due to "no response after 2 attempts to the company." The FTC has not sent a final report on their findings but "Mr. Ao Pauga-Investigator at Utah Consumer Protection with the Dept. of Commerce" did. And, after having a conversation with Mr. Kevin Hafer he sent us a letter. His findings is that what they did to us and what ya'll have submitted they did to you,(simular and mirror-image complaints)Mr. Pauga stated that "our complaint does not consititue a violation of the Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act". But told us we could file in "Small Claims Court". or a Lawyer and said they "regret" no further action. But, to call if we had any questions regarding their decision. Well we did call and left a message for Mr.Ao Pauga but, are still waiting for that return call, first time he hasn't called back too. Seems strange to return a verdict without speaking to us personally over the phone or asking for a reply to that conversation with Mr. Kevin Hafer, I have to wonder if Mr. Pauga was deceived too. We sent to the attention of Mr. Ao Pauga a lot of "Personal infomation" plus 20 pages of notes, e-mails, and the times we called (they had to have a court order to get phone records, don'teven know if they did). So, we called Mr. Kevin Hafer last week Friday the 2nd of June at 6:05 Eastern time, which would be 4:05PM his time and left a message to return the call, no call back, but what is new eh? Today June 7th, we called Mr. Kevin Hafer and he told us the person who sold us a "Big LIE, Bill of Goods, Pie in the Sky" was no longer there, Mr. Hafer had to let him go. But he quickly added that Mr. Jerod Mosher would have used the script, I would love to see the script/s Jerod used to tell us a "Fairy Tale', Yea Right. Seems they have a revolving door with employees when caught up in their LIES and DECEPTIONS. Mr. Hafer also said in the 3 years he has been in this business, he has had only 8 incidences? If you go to the BBB in Utah on line you'll find 9 complaints without ours counted and His file was only opened in January 2004. In my arithmetic that is 2 years NOT 3. Also, when we told Mr. Hafer about Advanced Business Development and the "Coaching"? of course he defended their actions and admitted their involvement with PPM also. A living NIGHTMARE! We also had problems as some of you with getting clarification from them and sent communication between Nathan, Katie and Rebekkah, the coach(?) in our complaint to Mr.Ao Pauga. It did not matter to Mr. Hafer that we were lied to, he could care less, he could care less about anyone other than HIMSELF is the impression he gave to us. We were told in March by the Utah State Attorney Office in a meeting with our Lawyer that this company was forced by the state of Utah to close a Grant Program called Grant Gate (www.grantgate.com) the summer of 2005. Anyway if ya'll want a laugh go to their web site www.precisionpoint.net and look up in the BBB their Partners & Affilates listed there and then investigate them further, especially "eBay10k.com" oh my gosh, it does have word or word in several places EXACTLY what a few of us have said we were told. Seems they stir up a very Wicked Brew to serve us all,VERY INTERESTERING! PLUS; Bright Builders has a total of 34 complaints on Rip Off along with Surplus Alert who has a total of 45 complaints, maybe this is the same company who supplies GET E STORE! My question is "Why haven't more of you filed complaints?" Maybe if enough of us do, after a while they (Utah Gov't Agencies) will have to take action like they did with Grant Gate. Alone we can do nothing, together we can defeat and save others our headache and embarrasements. Good Luck to you all.
