We signed up for an online store, after about 6 months we were contacted by Shane Jones who asked if we would be interested in promoting our store. We originally said no. He said we had nothing to loose because results were guaranteed. We asked what kind of guarantees.

He told us:

1. We would be ranked 1, 2, 3 or 4 on major search engines.

2. We would make over $5,000.00 / month. (recoup our investment)

3. If after 6 months we had not recovered the original investment or were not satisfied with the results our money would be refunded in full.

With these guarantees we accepted the offer. We received an email from our coach, David, 1-800-893-3716 Ext. 327, we asked to set up a phone meeting for 12/15/05, this appointment was not kept. At this time I emailed David for an explanation. His reply, my inbox crashed. Another appointment was set for 12/19/05 and okayed by email (I have all emails saved). This appointment was also missed.

After the second missed appointment I called David to inquire as to why he had missed this meeting he again told me my inbox crashed again. Doesn't instill a lot of confidence. At this time we decided to have our first training session. I was asked many questions, hobbies, work, interests etc. I mentioned that none of this had anything to do with my business. At this point he gave me the web address for Overture's keyword analyzer (we already used this).

I then asked him about the guarantee's promised by Shane Jones. His reply was that he did not know of such guarantee's and that I should contact his manager concerning this. He gave me Nathan email address, I emailed him the same day, 12/19/05. He returned my email on 12/23/05. His response:

1. We would be ranked # 1, 2, 3 or 4 on major search engines.

His reply: We can guarantee that if you follow the instructions we can get you to the top page of the search engines. This guarantee is conditional on you following directions.

2. We would make $5000.00 or more per / month

His Reply: We do not have a monetary guarantee that I am aware of. Although some of our clients are indeed making money in this range.

3. If we weren't satisfied with the program after 6 months our investment would be refunded in full.

His reply: We will continue to work with you for as long as it takes to get you successful.

In other words there are no guarantee's. At this time we had an appointment set for 01/04/06 at 4:00 PM. He was told that this appointment would be the determining factor as to whether we would continue with the program. On 01/04/06 we received a phone call from David at 7:30 AM to confirm our appointment for that afternoon at 4:00 PM. He was told that we would be available and that this appointment would determine if we would continue in the program.

At 4:00 PM we were available but no phone call was received. We contacted Nathan and requested a FULL REFUND. I then contacted Katie, Client Relations Fulfillment Department 1-800-893-3716 Ext 331. After several days we received an email stating that we would be granted our refund and that it would take 2 3 weeks for the check to be delivered. After 3 plus weeks and no refund I again called Katie to inquire about our refund.

We were told that the refund had been granted and that she would check to see what the problem was. We then received and email stating that Precision Point Marketing had denied the refund request and that I would have to contact them. Again, Precision Point Marketing denied our request even though they made faults guarantees, didn't provide any training sessions (all appointments were missed). Precision Point Marketing is a lying, cheating, dishonest ripoff company.

I have filed complaints with The Better Business Bureau of Utah. You can see Precision Point Marketing's complaints here: http://www.saltlakecity.bbb.org/commonreport.html?bid=11000445. I also contacted the Office of the Utah

State Attorney General: http://www.attygen.state.ut.us/consumerassistance.html. They forwarded my complaint to: State of Utah Department of Commerce, contact: Ao Pauga, Investigator, Telephone / Fax 801-530-6601 or Utah only 800-721-7233.

I encourage everyone who has posted here to contact them. I have been around the block more than once on this matter and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Agency in my home state. I cannot understand how a company of thieves can be allowed to blatantly steal from so many people and nothing is done to stop this. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRECISION POINT MARKETING. If any attorney is interested in taking them to task I have all emails concerning this matter and would be grateful for any help as I am sure anyone of us who have posted here would be. Thanks

Rick
