I purchased a scooter from powersportsmax.com on May 19th 2011. The original scooter was out of stock and it was a week before I was notified of the change, after several phone calls to the customer service line I was able to get them to agree to an upgrade . I paid the differance  and waited for shipping. the shipping took two weeks. When I finally recieved the bike, I requested an MSO On june 9th. The Mso was mailed on June 23rd (according to thier records).I did not recieve it and asked that they resent it on 7/21 (again acording to thier records.) Each time I called I was treated rudly, hung up on and told that the post office is to blaim because they mailed it out. They had no way to prove it was mailed and told me i should speak to the post office and my mail man!. I spoke to them and there is no conspiracy on the us post office part of the deal. I spoke to JC , The manager , he was sympathetic and said he would send it registered mail 2 to 3 day priority on Aug 2nd. I called on Aug 9th and got hung up on twice and told anyone who could help me was at lunch or off today. I do not believe they can provide the MSO and are dodging the issue by blaming the post office , saying its lost in the mail.
