   Purchased a ATV-F015 on Dec 20, 2013, Invoice #109361, for a Christmas gift for my son. Upon assembling and starting it, the carburetor was leaking gas all over the head of the engine, which could have started a fire, or injured my son, if we had not caught it soon enough.

   They replaced the carb. A few days later the chain kept coming off. I took it back again and they said it had a bent rear frame and axle. At that time, I spoke to Mike Molinar, the Sales Manager and asked for a full refund and he  said the owner had said no and would only repair it.

  I  demanded to speak to the owner (William- As Mike Molinar told me was the owners name) but he never called back, after numerous attempts on my part regarding a refund of an inferior product. Mike Molinar stated that the ATV was repaired and running as it should.

   A few weeks after the Bent Axel, the frame completely snapped in two places while my son was riding it at approx. 30 Mph, which caused my son to flip off the ATV and sustain serious injuries.

   All three of these serious defective product issues occurred within a two month period. I again called and tried to speak to the owner, but got Mike Molinar again. I explained what had happened and asked for the owner to call me. He said he would give the owner the  message, but I never got a call back.

   Growing frustrated by their non-response to a "Serious" situation, I emailed them pictures of the damage and again notified them that my son  had gotten injured. I sent them backup doctor info and asked them to refund the entire cost of the Quad, pay the doctor bill, an  amount for pain and suffering of my son and for his loss of activity.  They refused, stating that they would only refund the purchase price of the ATV.

   I have additionally discovered that when I purchased this Quad, they were advertising an A+ Accredited and rated A+ with the BBB, which was false advertising. I looked into this after all that transpired and see they have an "F" rating with the BBB and are "NOT" Accredited by them.  Their "F" rating is a result of 82 "Product-Related" complaints since March 2013. 

   The public needs to be aware of this business and they need to be shut down, before anyone else gets hurt.  Several research on my part has disclosed a multitude of complaints of product failure and represented "Fraud" on the part of this business. 

   I will be seeking further intersession by legal counsel, and investigation from them of any other personal injury lawsuits against this company, LLC or Personal Owner Wei Zhou. I will further ask legal councel to seek "Punitive Damages" from this company, due to the continued inferior and dangerous product(s) they continue to sell.   Please feel free to contact me (via email) if anyone else has had injuries due to this company selling inferior products that caused injury to them or their family.  I am sure we are NOT the only ones.  I  hope action takes place immediately before any other children are hurt or killed.  Punitive actions need to take place against this company immediately! to stop the sales of this "JUNK!"
