I recently purchased an ATV-F014 110cc ATV from Powersportsmax in El Monte, CA on Monday March 11th.  I work in Irvine, CA and drove to El Monte which is 40 mins away with no traffic to pick up the ATV on Thursday March 14th.

The purchase of the ATV is $469.00 + tax, $50.00 pick-up fee, and $95.00 for DMV registration.  A combined total of $659.

First Issue: Excited to get home that evening to assemble this ATV since it came in a crate to disappointedly find out that ALL the hardware to assemble the ATV was missing.  The next following morning, Friday March 15th I called them up and expressed my frustration.  That afternoon I had to drive up to El Monte from Irvine to pick up the missing hardware.

Second Issue:  Excited again to get home and assemble the ATV for my sons birthday party on Sunday to realize the next following morning when I got gas and oil to be extremely disappointed in the quality and manufacturing of this ATV.  All fuel lines were cut, carburetor filter broken off and not secure.

At that point I had to improvise and take the initiative to take it to a local ATV dealer to tell me where the fuel lines should go from the gas tank to carburetor to engine.  The service guy was extremely helpful and guided me through the process.

Third Issue:  ATV did not want to start, come to find out that the battery was crap, had to utilize my cars battery to jump start the ATVafter hours of trying it finally started. Warmed it up and test drove the ATV around the block but every time I stopped or break it would immediately die. Rode for approximately 30 minutes.

Fourth Issue:  As I mentioned in my second issue that the carburetor filter was broken and not secure that the line and filter melted against the fwd part of the tail pipe coming from the engine, causing smoke to come from the engine area.

Fifth Issue. After ATV cooled down I check the engine oil to realize that the oil cap / dip stick melted so badly that it could never be used again.  This leads me to believe that the engine over heated to an extreme point to melt the engine oil cap dip stick inside the engine.

I Documented everything as well as taking pictures to present to them my findings and dissatisfaction with the product since I had an idea that these people were going to either not take accountability and/or responsibility with their product.  At this point I loaded the ATV in my Jeep to returned it back to El Monte on Monday March 18th.

Sixth Issue: At this point Im highly frustrated with the quality of the product and once I got to PowerSportsMax in El Monte I expressed my frustration to the manager Jose.  In which his response is to call me a d****e for acting in the manner I was, which is a very frustrated customer who just spent $659 on a poorly manufactured ATV not to mention making three trips to this facility to begin with.  The audacity of this manager calling me a d****e because I had every right to express my frustration on product I purchased!

Seventh issue: After getting an email saying they will look into it Ive yet to get any confirmation on the status of my ATV.  I called and would be placed on hold for over 15 mins to be hung up on.

At this point Im on the verge of contacting the Attorney Generals office in California to file a complaint, and the Better Business Bureau.   AND.a lawyer.  If anyone else has any issues with them please feel free to contact me.
