From 7/14/18 to 7/18/18, earn a guaranteed minimum of $16 per hour when you're online between 10:00am–1:00pm and 5:00pm-8:00pm and accept all delivery offers in the zone shown above. If you earn less than that on your deliveries, excluding tips, we'll pay the difference! Adjustment payouts will be made on a daily basis.
I wan online those dates and time in the Zone service area and they have not paid me for it! About $384 plus tips. When I questioned why the responed:

Hi John,
Thanks for contacting Fleet Support. I understand you have a question about your hourly bonus market incentive.
At this time we are investigating your deliveries from July 14, 16,17th during the hourly timeframe incentive. Hopefully we will complete our review within 3-5 business days. We ask for your patience during this time. The have not gotton back to me. They paid me on previous email incentives but less tha the $16/ hour guaranteed even though I was on the days and time specified in the service zone specified. They provide no detail record of work the drivers earned. This is Fraud! They are decieving drivers to deliver for them for much less than they claim. If they honored there guaranteed I would have earned $1,344 plus tips. Instead I was paid $880 with tips for 14 days of work.
