 He contacted me yesterday saying that I tarnish his name. I did remove some of my post because I am having a thought that he will pay the invoice. And ask me to remove everything wherein its fine for me. However his unresponsiveness makes me thinks that he is messing around. I will update everyone. Once payment gas been made today. I will BBB too, to report his company with 48 hours if no payment has been made.. Thanks.

just an update.. I have been to the police and they told no report against me..so     clearly Parker 

king is just creating stories.. up to now he is still not paying the $2000.. 

Im reporting him to delray police with his 2 addresses..

 How can you file a slander case if everything I posted was true. This is what the attoryney told me. I have been to the authority now, and yes, I was not threaten. No way I will remove my post in helping people not to work with, I dont want them to be a victim of you. Mr Parker King doesnt and wil notl pay and doesnt have a license to operate outside the US where he uses outsource centers so he can just run and not pay.  Hi Mr Stephen Parker King, I will wait for the police then dont threat me. I can open everything to them I also have lots of bloodline who are working as police officer. Still the same I wont remove all my posting against you. Slander if its not true. So funny but everything is correct. You did not pay us. I have all the recordings of the agents to falcify your complainst.. And all the screenshot from our conversation that you are very happy with our sales.. If we are manipulating sales. Why dud you raise it on the invoice date. Because yes you dont have any intention to pay and blocked me.. I even have a contact with some of your partners now. I will tell them everything soon.

 So our agents are telling the customer to stay on the line just to get paid? We have all the recording to justify that we only transfered interested customer. I have all the screenshot of you telling me that we got lots of sales but suddenly on the payment day you just ask yiur reps to ask the customer if they were told to stay. Lol. I have all the recording received too from your reps. So dont tell me that, you will because when I ask payment from you. You blocked me in linkedin and in skype. Yes I can present myself in the local police here.. Threat? Wow Im just asking for your payment but not even a single response I got. And there is another victim Liza Schubert who told me that she wasnt paid either from you. .. Slander? So if you post against a certain Filipino before there is no slander, but If we will post against you, it will be a slander? .. Take note that you never paid us. And telling me that you were dropped by your carriers but still your running the same business. Clearly you dont have any intention of paying us. I have all the convo and the reports that you sent daily with all the valid transfers and all. So dont tell me that I dont have proof of our work. I have all the screenshot needed and the reports. And again Im not afraid by the local police here coz I have solid evidence of you not paying us. You have my number so inform the police to contact me I am willing to be questioned.

 And yes. We did file a report in the local justice too. I also have all the evidence. What harrassed you owe the agents the salary. Wow me waiting. You even did not respond to my email. Well slander that. You even posted against a certain Pilipino without waiting for his feedback. You blocked me in linkedin and skype when I ask for the payment.. Even a single email I got nothing from you all Im asking is to get paid for the agents I even send you an email for partial payment but you did not respond even once. Yes you should expect an email from because of you not paying the people. So Parker King, You can post in linkedin that you were scam, and if the Filipino will be scammed we dont have right to post it?

Unfortunately Arnold was unable to wait a few extra days for money I did not even contractually have an obligation to pay (although all of my partners can verify that I pay every debt.) He chose to send fraudulent or 'incentivized' traffic my way, meaning callers had been coached to stay on the line and listen to my agent in order to receive a free gift from his center. As a result, I end up paying for callers who were never interested in any services in the first place.

Even with that awful business decision from his side, I still agreed to pay him as soon as I could and part ways with his center.

He could not accept this and went on a full-fledged online campaign to tarnish my name.

So in truth, I absolutely won't pay him. There is no contract stating that I owe him anything, and even if there was- I certainly wouldn't be obligated to pay given the fraudulent quality of his product. I personally think he should have just waited for the amicable split between us, taken his money, and been glad I paid. Of course, this wasn't the course of action he has chosen, and instead I have been forced to contact the police in Cebu. 

I'm not sure he understands the legal reprecussions of slander in the United States or the willingness of the Cebu legislative department to assisst me in prosecution for all of this. 

Arnold, the undeserved money I was going to generously give to you is going straight to the Justice Department in Cebu. They are being given all evidence of the harrassments and threats that you have delivered several times daily, nonstop for two weeks now. They assured me they won't even need it, but I want to make sure it is all official at this point.
