Could not edit my original rebuttal. Wanted to add. Tampa is in Hillsborough county of which I am a registered contractor. In addition I am registered in the City of Tampa as a Building Contractor and Swimming Pool contractor. Call them. Call Pinellas also. I have three major construction jobs going on there this month alone. No complaints in ANY of the cities or counties I work in. AS for the state license. We are heavily insured as we do a lot of commerical construction work. PLEASE POST YOUR INVOICE TO PROVE WE EVEN DID WORK FOR YOU. You stated we did not fix a leak we found? We offer a sixty day warranty under which we return free of charge to fix any minor leaks. This is clearly explained when you call to schedule. If we have have to cut through concrete or more extensive work is required to properly repair it we leave a detailed description of the leak source and an estimate to fix it. I'm sorry your pool was not built correctly or you had major ground settlement issues. It is not our responsibility to warranty another builders work unless that company has authorized us to do so.

Obviously you must work for a competitior as you slander my company and others I do business with. We do thousands of service calls a year and renovate 100+ pools per year. The health inspectors recommend us in hillsborough and pinellas. I am not registered in manatee or whatever other counties you spewed out as I don't do business there. Why do I have perfect feedback on the Better Business Bureau? Endorsed by News Channel Eight? Why does my company continue to grow in revenue so rapidly while others are going out of business in these tough times? If you are one of the customers who wanted us to fix a major leak for free or didn't pay their bills then i'm sure you don't like us or our lawyers. I provide top quality service but do expect to be paid for it.

Poolside Leisure has been a family owned & operated business for 29 years, and is one of the few pool companies in the area that continues to grow. We attribute this growth to the continued quality of our work and excellent customer service. Much of our business is referall from previous clients. We have built many solid customer relationships over the years whose continued support is very important to our business. We strive very hard for 100% customer satisfaction, obviouly this customer is not, but we try to make sure that all of our customers are happy. There is no issue that cannot be resolved as long as the request is reasonable.
