I have also been ripped off by the Pool Depot. We were in the same boat. We were told by the salesman that the credit check was not an obligation to purchase the pool. Appox. a day later we found another pool at local dealership and wanted to go with them but when we called The Pool Depot they told us we were under contract and they would no allow us to cancel. They told us they would file a lean on our house and property and take everything we own. When they came out to put up the pool they left foot prints in the bottom and 2 days later our liner was leaking. When we called them they said it was not their responsibility. Even though the liner was supposed to be life-time warrenty. The people at the Pool Depot are rude and uncooperative. If anyone is interested in purchasing a pool stay away from the Pool Depot. You will thank me later.

I am being sued by pool depot who used to be Hawaiin pools. This company forged my signature on applications for a high intrest loan for a pool that they sent me without my permission.
