Pool Depot ripoff ATLANTA Georgia
Pool depot was advertizing on tv there deal that was $395 with two decks. I called there number and got an appointment for them to come out to the house. When he got here he said they were out of those pools that were on special. Then he started showing us other pools that he had that were much more expensive then i expected. He said in the end i would end up saving more money because it had a power ionizer and that i wouldnt have to add any chemicals, except bleach(from a regular store).
The pool I had selected ended up being almost $10,000. he said he would deduct $2,000.and make my pool a show pool will people can come out and see me pool in my area, I had asked him how deep it would be, he said 5 feet. I had asked if it was ok to get it deeper he had told me i had to pay the workers when they got here an extra $100, to be 6 feet. I had paid the workers and the pool isnt even 5 feet deep in the middle.
Since ive had the pool its needed a new motor,but they did replace it. The piping,the light, the motor have all been ether replaced or fixed by my own money. I do have to add more chemicals and bleach then what they said.
I have been sending payments to this address(PO Box 402590 Atlanta,GA 30384-2590, 1-800-644-8448 or 770-951-1831). One time when i was makeing this payment, this address didnt recieve my check, so i called FRANK to see what happend to my check because it was over 2 weeks so we decided to do payments over the phone to make a direct withdraw from my bank.
He calls me everytime its due at my job. FRANK hasnt called me latley for my payments. I do think that he will soon put a lein on my house, even though i think i have paid for my pool and plus all of the things i have to pay to replace every year since 99-03.
