We changed or company name back in 2013. I called to apply the change to our PNC Merchant Services Account. They told me that I needed a new contract to update that change of information and this is what i did. Of course they forget to mention that I would be charged $195 just for that change.

Furthermore. Their contracts are completely dishonest. They sent me a contract where you can read in the last page:

"The agreement contains a provision that in the event you terminate the agreement early, you may be responsible for the payment of early termination fees as set forth in PART IV, A3 under " Additional Fee Information" and Section 27 of the Telecheck Services agreement" 

It says too " Client further acknowledges reading and agreeing to all terms in the Program Guide, which shall be incorporated into Client's Agreement."

They make sure you get your application but they don't include the Program Guide. 

In the Program Guide, which is a separate booklet of 40 pages says that you are entering an agreement of three years. 

Be careful! Although the extent of the contract should be included in the agreement you are signing. It's not! It is in a booklet that you will never receive.
