Play To Win Sports ripoff They don't go through a normal hiring process, they just hire whoever they can and mislead them into thinking they will make a lot of money!!! Aliso Viejo California
Now, I have written a couple other complaints, but this is my last because this company has already caused me enough stress and financial grief and my next steps will be in the legal arena. However, I don't want someone to get scammed like me and the others here have. And I am sure there are more who have been scammed too who do not know about this sight.
Just one thing to think about if you are considering working for this company, something that I wish I had thought about before I was mislead. Why does this company not go through a normal hiring process?? If they are so concerned about people ordering there precious flyers and not working, then why don't they conduct interviews before they hire. Or here is a suggestion, why don't they give potential employees a trial period where they send them a small amount of flyers and see how they perform. That would give them a chance to determine if that person is worth hiring.
BUT, Play to Win Sports and Nick don't do this, they hire whoever they can get and mislead them with promises of lots of money and promotions. This way they can take peoples' money to cover there advertising and promotinal expenses, and have those people do all the work for them. Must be pretty nice, having people workk for you and then end up having them lose money. Nick claims in his rebuttal that they don't want to let unethical people push them around, but the only unethical person here is the one who can live with themself after deceiving innocent people and putting them in financial struggles after they work for you.
One last note, the supposed rule bending that they offer people is a load of crap. If someone orders flyers and then changes their mind that day like the other gentleman who complained, why not totally refund his money, it is not like the flyers are sent out that day (it took a week to get mine) and its not like they can't be used by someone else, afterall when you get the flyers you have to do all the work to put your promotional code on them. And they offer employees a 50% refund if they return the flyers after they haven't fulfilled there misleading contract. But how am I supposed to return anything when I distributed all the flyers. This is another con to confuse credit card companies when you try and dispute the charge.
Please, don't get suckered into this scam, despite the promises or shenanagans Nick may throw at you. I only wish I knew this before, it would save me a lot of stress and anquish. All I can say is may God forgive the person who can do this to innocent people.
