To all others who were scammed,

I could not find your phone numbers, because this report only listed your first name and city. However I wanted to tell you that the same thing happened to my sister. She absolutely did not authorize $1920.00 in any knowing capacity. There is no grey area. Obviously, we are not alone.

I wanted to ask all of the rest of you to go to your local police department and ask them to file a courtesy report. Print out all 8 of these Ripoff Reports and attach them to the file. This report will then be sent to the Aliso Viejo Police Dept Fraud Division, to Sgt. Gary Smith, who assigns cases there. This is where Nick lives and works. The number to the San Clemente Sheriff's Dept in Aliso Viejo is (949) 770-6011. I talked to Investigator Boggs in the Fraud Division, and she said this was the process to follow. She was very nice.

The only way that we are going to put heat on this company is to pursue criminal charges. The potential charges include: Fraud, Extortion, Blackmail, Racketeering, Interstate Commerce Fraud, to name a few, many of which are Federal crimes which were committed across state boundaries. You may only file this police report if you can say cut and dried that you did not authorize $1920 (or more in some cases) to be taken out of your account.

Nick has engaged in blackmail now by calling my sister and trying to get her to say "Yes" to her working for them so he could record it on the phone. She said she was waiting to see if he was going to put back the $1000 he promised to refund her and then she would think about it. He said at @ 3:30 pm Eastern Standard time on Friday, April 9, 2004 "Well, it is strongly recommended that you work for us." This was the only condition under which she should be grateful to get half of the money back which he scammed her out of. I think this falls under about 3 or 4 of your classic mobster crimes.

I am asking all of you to cut out the grey area and cut out Nick's Used Car Salesman tap dance and cut straight to the meat of a black and white issue. Nick is making you feel like you are stupid and unethical for losing your money to him. What he is doing is wrong and we should prosecute. I know that none of you would have authorized these amounts of money to be taken out of your account for some "Startup Kit."

Also, if you have not gotten the flyers yet, it is imperative that you refuse shipment and have them returned so that Nick cannot say that you kept the goods so his "Tape recorded contract" is valid. The contract is null and void if it was made under false pretenses, which it was in every single case. Finally, please go to Barry's report, from Richardson, TX and follow the rest of the steps which he recommends there. Thank You.

almost certain this is a SCAM, we need to personally hold all employees of this company equally responsible for perpetuating this financially risky garbage

Now that it is almost certain this is a SCAM, we need to personally hold all employees of this company equally responsible for perpetuating this financially risky garbage. If and when any company is found guilty of fraudulent activites, we need to hold the salespeople who are selling the program personally responsible for reimbursing each and every victim he or she has scammed. This is really the only way that we will ever rid the world of all this nonsense. Right now as it stands, businesses that are involved in any kind of fraudulent activities takes full heat and eventually takes the fall, all others go right back to scamming people with different companies. TOTALLY TRUE!! We need to catch all fraudsters and prosecute each and every one of them individually. Also, hold each and every salespersons accountable for their own activities. If you are running for office this coming election and would like to up your vote count by at least one, make implementing such a law one of your primary objectives. I'm sure no sane person would be willing to work for a company that engages in shady practices, if he or she knew they'd be held totally liable for their own actions. I bet they would even be scared to visit this website and continue to post ridiculous rebuttals filled with nothing but sorry excuses. Until next time take care cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii & God Bless each and every one of you. When you have the time, don't forget to read my report on the fraudsters responsible for selling me John Beck Free & Clear and Amazing Profits. Stay "Free and Clear" from this comapny, for the only "Amazing Profits" that will come about are the ones that are going straight into their pockets.

If you go to their web site and choose the register function you'll see a Las Vegas street address where you can elect to send a 'money order' for your membership if you don't want to use a credit card. Guess what?? ..... the street address traced back to a Mailboxes, Etc. store. Another mail drop..... Of course we all know that reputable businesses have no physical address but choose to use an anonymous mail drop. Keeps their overhead low :) The noose is tightening Nick..........

OK, after some network sleuthing I discovered these tidbits about our friend Nick: 1) The street address shown is for a mail drop. B494 is the mailbox number. 2) The given phone traces back to Play To Win Sports but the city is Mission Viejo,CA 92691. I should have the street address shortly to post. I suspect this is Nicks residence. An associate in the area will try for some candid snapshots for us to all enjoy. This sad web site is hosted by a Quik ISP franchise that just happens to be in Nicks area. What a coincidence. The admin contact for the site, who happens to be a 'Nick Pursell', also has a mail drop address in the same general area. The phone number was traced back to a tire store a few blocks away, probably where Nick works. My associate will check on this. Stay tuned...... this will get real interesting real fast.

Make sure you complain to the N.C. attorney general

#5UPDATE EX-employee responds

Chris, My name is Rob. I am the person who wrote the complaints from Matthews, N.C. I am sure you have already read my complaints, I was ripped off with this scam. One thing I left out of my earlier complaints is that I was led to believe that the 1920.00 would be charged at the end of my contract if I did not fulfill, but yet I was charged right away and was told I misunderstood. One of several ways everyone is being mislead. However, I did try and work for them and did fulfill the contract as I understood it only to find out I had not. So I was stuck with no way out. Anyway, just wanted to let you know that it might really help our situation if you complain to the N.C. attorney general's office. I did this last fall and was told they could not do anything until there was another complaint in state. I am out of town right now otherwise I would give you the name and number of the person who investigated my case. Maybe I can give you that soon. I would give you my number or something but I don't feel comfortable posting it for everyone to see. Attaching these complaints might help when you complain too. As far as complaining to my local police department, I will try that when I get back. Good luck, and hopefully we can get this resolved.
