Guess I am putting a close to this by say I have on Idea what you are speaking of...! Sorry, I can't think of a word or a phrase that I sent via fax that would speak of bringing harm or physically threated you or others with harm. Let alone the attempt to harm. If this is how you choose to protect yourself, and bring an end in this manner, so be it! Good...! Luck...!

We just read a copy of a letter that Tim had faxed. For the safety of people's lives and to keep people from being harmed by Tim we are not pursuing this financial matter. Don't worry Tim; you do not owe us a penny, we will write off our losses to protect people's lives. It is sad that you must resort to make threats of harming people over a financial dispute. Do not be surprised if the authorities show up with criminal charges.

Say what you will about facts. I have the facts and so do the authorities, along with many consumer watchdog groups. Your time is short, just give us enough time to stack the deck in our favor.... My memory is strong, and I don't intend to talk to you or your credit collection agency further. Contract, obligation, promise...How about intent to defraud... You can expect a certified letter to be headed your way...

Tim, if you would like to call us we would be happy to play your tape to you over the phone so it may help to refresh your memory. If you would like us to make a copy of the tape and send you one, just call us and we can send you one. It is unfortunate what lengths people will go to try and get out of a contract/obligation/promise.

Come on Nick, where is this tape you claim to have. You wouldn't send one to me when I requested it. And come to think of it, you have not collected anything from me. I am fighting a collection agency that you are using to try an collect what is not rightfully yours!!! That's because my credit card company sided with me and felt you were trying to collect on product I returned to you. And since I had tried to stop the charge as soon my credit card company called me... Telling me Nick hadn't charged me $28.80 but $2880.00. I was dooped into believe this scam! Shame on me! Now it is my turn to turn the tables... As for the refund, come on, your a legit business. Why would you not take back your own product and leave the customer with a good experience? Oh, I forgot, your not any of this. You run a corrupt business, and have a seek, lie, and steal, method... For everyone else who has been taken advantage of, I have filed complaints against Play To Win Sports aka Printing With Style. Complaints are filed with: Better Business Bureau of Nevada, and California Federal Trade Commission Attorney General's Office of California and Colorado National Fraud Information Center FBI I am on a mission to stop this SCAM...! I will do whatever I can to stop Nick and PWS... I hope everyone else will continue to push for an investigation, and together we can put PWS out of business! If we're real good maybe we can put Nick away as well!

The Facts are that he authorized the charge and agreed to the refund policy. We also tape-recorded him authorizing the charge and agreeing to the refund policy. As we have said in the past, we will always issue a partial refund if someone conducts themselves in a friendly and professional manner.

If I am forced to pay the charges forced upon me by playtowinsports.com through a collection agency. I will make sure that I do everything legally available and at my disposal to make life as miserable for this company as I can. I would love nothing more than to see him earn the monies he has taken innocent folks!
