IF YOU DOUBT A COMPANY'S CREDIBILITY SEE HOW WELL THEY CAN HANDLE A SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY BEFORE YOU TRUST THEM WITH A LOT!

Told that I could get a refund (I had paid appx $39) on request within 30 days if unhappy with their CRM software:  Alore.io.  I found Flexie.io (which appears to be a far better CRM per reviews by Sonny Tee).  So, I never ended up using Alore.io and the company should be able to track that.

Regardless, less than 30 days had expired and I asked for a refund.   and/or tried to do a return, the upper level of the company's management appears to play games.  EG - can you ask someone else in the company to procss that refund.  Since they are located in India and/or Singapore, they may be hard to confront.

Probably other consumers have the same complaint(s) / refund requests because they seem to be well practiced at politely delaying the issuance of any refund or saying a refund has already occurred etc.  In my case they claimed that someone with a similar name (but totally different email address) had been issued a refund.  So Alore is such a bad CRM (customer relations management) company that they can't track their own costumer's contact information?  I was not amused by this "mistake".

Also it appears the Alore.io page lists Vikas Ja and Eugene Goh but they no longer have linkedin pages (only Neels does).  Do they even work for Plath Media aka Alore.io anymore?  I thought Neels Steyn or Sampath S (  [email protected] ) might be take responsibility for making sure the $39 was sent back to me but they too gave me the run around.

If Plath Media aka Neels Steyn cannot be trusted with $39 I would never trust him at all.  Note too that any customers who bought at the $39 level were likely to spend much more money later on a monthly plan as they would soon need to upgrade to use more contacts / accounts.  I was okay with that but wanted to make sure Alore and Funnelbake were worth my time / money.  NO they are not.

Basically, Alore was supposed to integrate with Funnelbake another software promoted by Sampath S.  I would warn anyone to stay away from Sampath S and any of its vendors such as Alore and Funnelbake.  Alore also attempts to sell Trunext and Limitless.  For CRM, and related types of software, there are lots of better options available such as Salesforce, Infusionsoft, or Flexie.
