Here is what was promised in 8/00 by:

Yes you do qualify for a 784k plus both up and down, yes PSN would be your new ISP and the account includes 1 static, IP 3 email accounts and 6 aliases. At this time installation is being quoted at 4-6 weeks, it could as little as 2 1/2 weeks but we do have to quote 4-6 weeks and yes the first step in this process is for Southwestern Bell to go out which takes the longest after that the process is fairly rapid I'd say about 1 1/2 weeks afterwards you should be up and running. The costs are as follows: the modem is free w/ 1 yr verbal agreement, If you decide to cancel then you can send the CPE back or pay for the modem at 299.00, and there is an installation fee of 250.00 in which you get a rebate upon install of 250, mthly cost is 39.95. If you have any addl questions give me a call or send me an email.

Here is what I got:
Paid the $250 installation and to date 12/16/00 have not received my installation rebate. I have written & called billing and they just continue to promise that they are sending the rebate. I must be stupid because I had gone ahead and paid for 1 year subscription to this DSL ISP. As of 12/14/00 I lost my connectivity COMPLETELY without ANY notification from PSN.
Well, after 4 months of DSL use technical support has told me after I called them that PSN will NO longer offer residential
DSL service. Tech support could not answer if/how/when I would get my $250.00 rebate and the $319.60 subscription refund on my
service. Billing will not answer the phone OR they are so deluged with calls that they can not get to them.
So far the total rip off is $569.60 - I am glad to pay for the 4 months of service I did receive albiet POOR.

I know this post is old but I highly recommend anybody that worked or ordered service from this company contact the state attorney general in AZ. The owners of this company Michael Almond and Ron Merritt are the crooks here. They belong in jail. They flat out lied to the employees and customers. They hired employees under false pretences and stole money from consumers KNOWING they would not be able to provide service. They continued to hire sales reps just as the financial bubble started to burst. The billing, customer service and tech support departments were a joke and each dept was staffed with maybe 5 people with long long hold times. Payroll w3as a joke as several employees saw their base 8.00 an hour paychecks bounce. Working for this company cost me alot of money. I never saw 1 commission check. These people screwed Northpoint too-owing NP millions. But since PSN was INC, its protects Michael and Ron from personal liability when it was those 2 that ripped everyone off. PSN finally crashed and burned 12/2000 and if Ron and Michael are smart, they hightailed out of AZ and changed their names. ALOT of people are after these guys.
