Dear disgruntled Customer, I have been an employee of Pizza Hut for 4 years, i have ran into this problem many times, with different reasons. You stated the store said it could not deliver to your home, well of course there are many reasons for this. It could be you were calling the wrong store - diff stores have diff delivery areas. It could be a suspected dangerous neighborhood. Or maybe the store has recieved a bad check from the residence, or the residence is a known "problem maker", there are numerous reasons, however pizza hut reserves the right to refuse service to anybody. But calling and going online is not going to get to the bottom of the situation, you can go the the said store in person, that way they have to tell you something, or goto the area office. Just call and ask the name of the "area manager" whatever you do, go in person to talk to someone...if all else fails, everyone is allowed to pick up their pizza at the store, its called "carryout". But during very busy times, some stores will not deliver far far away...it slows down operations, and with rising gas prices- employees dont get paid enough to afford going that far, most employees use their own vehicle... thank you
