I tried to order a pizza by phone, I was told they would not deliver to my home. When I asked for a reason, the manager said "since it was a franchise, he did not have to give a reason." I was shocked.
I have been a Pizza Hut customer for over 10years, I never had any problems. We immediately called the 800#, they said they would find out what was going on, and someone would call back....but, no one ever called back.
I then went online and sent my complaint over email, and requested contact....again nothing. I have sice went to the Corp website 3 times....nobody has ever responded.
My family was the biggest Pizza Huts fans until this, but for now we will spend out money smewhere else. I still can't believe we were denied delivery service, I am even more amazed with the total lack of customer service from Pizza Hut.
