Pizza Hut NPC International doesn't seem to care about the neighborhoods they deliver to. After repeat awakenings and deafening exhaust noise by one of their drivers I called to report the neighborhood disruption to Pizza Hut. After weeks of the same I called again and went one step higher.

Weeks more of the same and I called the Police the Store and The Corporate office and visited the store too tell his manager to keep him out of my neighborhood and when he arived back from his deliveries I told him the same. (FYI estimating from epa noise comparison charts this vehicle exceeds 110 dB but we don't have a specific dB noise law in our town yet). EPA requires ear protection at 85dB in a work place.

After the next week or so of the same I called the police to file charges When he came by again I told him that he had been warned about noise in neighborhoods. He went on and the police eventually came. Can you guess why...To warn ME about disturbing the peace. Now I have a ticket for Disturbing the Peace. Isn't that ironic.

I have personally spoken with his district manager and NPC Director of Risk Managemnt and he is still terorizing the neighborhoods.

If someone were to call my home this many times I could easily sue for harrasment. I could also turn down the ringer, block the number or unplug the phone. With this type of harrasment their is no way to turn it down or turn it of and evidently little presidence for suit.

I own a small consulting company and serve as president for a local non profit shelter and distrubution center. I dislike confrontation, prefer peace and I genuinly love to help people. I do however have a low tolerance for this kind of thing and the lack of personal responsibility being taken by Pizza Hut.

I don't want their money I just want them to be a considerate neighbor but that's not what they want.

I would be very willing to lead a class action against Pizza Hut to keep them from sending these vehicles into America's Neighborhoods for good or assist anyone else with same.
