MY COUSIN ORDERED A PIZZA FROM PIZZA HUT ON THE 15TH OF JUNE AT 6:45 P.M. THE GIRL TOLD MY COUSIN THAT IT WOULD BE A HALF HOUR WAIT FOR DELIVERY SHE SAID FINE WE WENT AHEAD AND ORDERED THE SPECIAL THEY HAD WICH WAS TWO PIZZA'S. WHEN MY COUSIN WAS DONE GIVING HER THE ORDER NICHOLE THE GIRL WHO WORKED AT PIZZA HUT WAS GOING TO GIVE MY COUSIN THE AMOUNT DUE BUT HER PHONE HUNG UP SO NICHOLE CALLED BACK AT 7:04 P.M. TO LET US KNOW THE TOTAL WICH WAS $26.47, WE WAITED FOR THEM TO DELIVER THE PIZZA IT WAS ALREADY 8:00 P.M. WHEN I TOLD MY COUSIN I WAS GOING TO CALL TO SEE IF THEY HAD LEFT WITH OUR PIZZA ALREADY WHEN I CALLED NICHOLE ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SAID THAT OUR PIZZA WAS ON IT'S WAY ALREADY AND I TOLD HER WELL THEY HAD TOLD MY COUSIN HALF AN HOUR SHE REPLIED ITS ON ITS WAY SO WE LEFT IT AT THAT. I CALLED BACK AT 8:30 P.M. THE WORKER THAT ANSWERED WAS NICHOLE AGAIN I ASKED HER WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A VERY LONG TIME NOW AND WE STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYTHNG, AND THAT I WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. SHE THEN SAID THAT THE MANAGER WAS TO BUSYTO SPEAK TO ME. I THEN ASKED HER IF I COULD HAVE THE MANA GERS NAME SO I COULD CALL BACK AND ASK FOR HER SHE DENIED ME HER NAME AND LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES THEN A WOMEN GOT ON THE PHONE AND ASKED HOW SHE CAN HELP I TOLD HER HOW LATE OUR PIZZA WAS SHE REPLIED THERE WAS AN HOUR AND HALF WAIT FOR DELIVERY I LET HER KNOW WE WERE NEVER TOLD THAT AND THAT IF OUR PIZZA WAS READY SHE REPLIED "YOUR PIZZA IS NOT EVEN IN THE OVEN YET IF YOU WANT WIT IF NOT I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU" I WASS VERY UPSET I LET HER NOW I WAS GOING TO CONTACT THE B.B.B. AND THAT WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL OF THEM SHE REPLIED "DO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO" I ASKED HER NAME AND DENIED ME HER NAME THEN HUNG UP.

I work at the Pizza Hut Call Center in Cleveland, Ohio and let me just tell you, that is no fun place to be. To start off the place is managed by a bunch of lazy fat good for nothing people. You can ask them for help untill ur blue in the face and the only thing they will tell u is to tell the customer to shut up. They want all of the employees at the center to act as professional as possible, but how can we act it when our manangers our yelling obsene words evey 2 min. There way of handling a customers complant is by yelling fuck acouple of times and then hanging up on them, and this is the people that run the place!!! This place is like a nazi death camp, and we are all controled by a blinking red light and are prison gaurds are gathered around a bucket of fried chicken at the front deak. Customer Care at the center is a bunch of 17 year old kids who do nothing all day and the managers let them, if ur on the floor your gonna be there bitch but if you in customer care u can do nothing but talk to the bosses about hot guys and food all day or just do what they do the whole time herd around the computer and go online the entire time.. I swear I havent even begain to explain this crazy place my advice is to just stay away!!!!!!

I am a delivery driver

I am a delivery driver for Pizza Hut here in Cleveland. I do not know how things are handled in California, but here in Cleveland Pizza Hut has a call center which takes all the orders and orders are sent to respective stores via modem. The problem comes in that not everyone that works at the call center is very educated about all of the areas which are being delivered to. The biggest problem I have as a driver is that I have a delivery zone that covers 6 miles west to east and 3 miles north to south. Often times I will be the only driver on and the people at the call center will tell the customer that I will be there in 30 minutes regardless of the fact that I'll have four other deliveries to take care of. There is also a problem that they are often times unwilling to raise the delivery time to make the sale, despite the fact that there is no way I can make the times they promise. Often times the management at the call center gets rude with me, and I figure it's even worse with complaining customers. There is also the problem with this that sometimes orders are sent to the wrong store, which can really delay things. As I said, I do not know how Pizza Hut is managed in your area, but if it is similar, I hope this helps you understand.
