Pixie Vacations is truly far from "magical" !!
We recently contacted 3-4 Dinsey Agents for quotes, Pixie gave us the a fair rate and prompty.
Once we decided to proceed with them, our agent Lauren is virtually a total "flake" as Disney fanatics ourselves we know the what things we can and cant get.
We only needed Lauren to book what we wanted. Guess what.....Lauren forgot about booking dining events 180 days out, Lauren has no clue about character events and cannot recommend ant options.
Lauren simply asked us to ask around and tell her....THANKS if I wanted that I would have just called AAA.
ULtimaley we did all the research and booking we needed to ourselves and Lauren's reply was "I wish I have more customers like you" ----- MAGICAL MOMENTS!
I truly believe there are better agencies truly do your research and donot use Pixie.
