An unauthorized charge of $11.89 by PIONEER MEDIA LLC was made on my Visa card. I have not had any transaction with this company and I just filed a dispute with my bank.

I filed a dispute with my bank for the unauthorized charge of $11.89 by Pioneer Media LLC and my account was refunded the next day. My bank said that the way they handle frauds like this is to replace the Visa card right away because it's obvious that the card number is already compromised and exposed to these criminals. A lot of credit card hackers collect card numbers from the internet and sell them to good people like Pioneer Media LLC. If it happens to you, have your card cancelled and replaced right away!
