I am totally dissatisfied with the customer service at Nissan. Mike O'Connor the Sales director is a man who passes the buck when a legitimate complaint about his staff's unethical practice is brought to his attention. A man in my opinion does not deserve the title of Director. And in my opinion is suitable in directing dishonest staff such as Shelly (in Finance). She is a lady who speaks in a prim and proper English accent, but beware of her, she is far from prim and proper! She sold me GAP insurance that was completely fake and non-existent. The paper work (Top Copy) that I have in my possession is signed by Shelly and myself, is a fake GAP insurance that was not taken out on my vehicle.

Shelly Explained to me about the GAP insurance and then knowingly sold me a GAP insurance policy; she knew that I would not need, as it was automatically covered under the Wells Fargo lease program. Working in Finance for Pinnacle for many years, how could she not know? Come on!!!!

When I went back to them to try to get a refund they told me that I have not got GAP coverage under the policy that Shelly signed me up on.

When I went through my signed agreement to my horror I noticed that a poorly typed documentation fee was amended to an official document stating it was $299!

We had not even discussed this fee through all the negotiations that evening.

I think back to the meeting with Shelly and she would not stop the small talk, she deliberately kept talking to avert any attention to what she was doing.

Mike O'Connor has scheduled a conference call with me and I have decided that they can keep the $299.

In my opinion it is a lesson worth the money.

The lesson taught me just because someone and/or some organization acts like it has money-beware they could be penny pinching out of your wallet.

Keep the money you penny pinchers!

I think that the bad publicity that you receive from your shady practices will leave you out of pocket 10 to 100 times over.

Penny pinchers you may be, but Smart you are not!

Say I need GAP insurance, then you put fees on the Doc.

Put fees on the Doc, they will haggle it off.

Give them fake Gap insurance, they will not know what they have lost.

Home of the 10 10 10, Watch your pen pen pen.

Don't sign on that doc, if you do not like being ripped off.
