Pinnacle Nissan Deceptive salespeople who lie to keep you coming back. Scottsdale Arizona
Been to the dealership five times, due to them keep calling me back and promising on the price.I have a text and voice recording from two of the salesmen if I come back you can have the 2013 Sentra SR stock number N15418 for $319.00 a month not a penny more .
We were trading in our 2013 Elantra to make this deal. So we went back there a fifth time thinking that would not play games with us. We did some paperwork everything was agreed upon with the salesmen, Ren and Cory . He told us to wait to get us back into financing with Ken Barkl.
Sat down with him had almost all the paperwork done for financing he said everything looks good you guys have excellent credit. Then he claims he can not find the numbers that the salesmen and we agreed on. So he picks up all the paperwork and leaves the room. Brings in some one else and this guy asks us what numbers we agreed on with the salesman.
I told him $319.00 a month for 84 months. He said no way we can not do that, I said that's what we agreed on and I also have a text and voicemail of that price. He wanted to see that on my phone so he took a picture with a text message on his phone and left the room. He later told me he could not do the deal at that price, but this is what I can do.
I told him the deal was already done if your going to raise the price again we are out of here.
So he said we can not sell the car for that payment.I told my wife get up we are so out of here, After being here for about FIVE HOURS NOT HAPPY WITH THIS EXPERIENCE BEING LIED TO.
