I don't even know the woman's name cause she never gave it to me and it's very hard to understand on her answering machine. Speaking of her answering machine, that's all I ever talked to except for one time. The one time I actually did get to talk to her I explained that I needed to place and order that had to be delivered by the end of the next week. This was on a Thursday. She said she could get them done over the weekend and send them out by that Monday so I would get them by the end of that week. I was happy.

The back story for this is that this order was suuposed to be a gift for my daughter and her brothers. My daughter was adopted out and I see her once a year so obviously this is a very special time for us. She is 9 this year so you can imagine how hard it is to shop for her not really knowing her. Anyway, I waited patiently and when Tuesday came around I sent her an email asking for an update on my order. I have left her 3 messages on her voicemail and sent her numerous emails from two seperate accounts asking about an update. I even checked with UPS to see if maybe she had sent them and just maybe hasn't been able to get back to me, that answer is no.

She is terrible at running her business and has extremely poor communication skills. The one time I actually got her on the phone, her kids were screaming and she was screaming at them. She could have at least asked me to call back later or gotten my number to call me back when she had them settled. I am just overall pissed off at her.

So, within 5 minutes of filing this report I finally get en email from the woman claiming that her mother died and she had to go overseas to see her and yadda yadda yadda. Ok that's fine except, when you have a family emergency like that which will require finding a flight that will go that way soon enough, you deffinately have time in between. The least she could have and should have done was let me know my order woulnd't be filled. Ok, so her mother died, "she ain't getting any deader and your life will still go on". I know that's harsh but it's true.she should have had someone back home take care of the business, check emails, etc. I still think she went about this the wrong way and waited way too long to contact me. I'm still very unsatisfied.
