This is a bogus report given by an ex-employee who was fired and prosecuted for embezzling from Phil's Towing, LLC. There is nothing true about the story and AAA is doing their own internal investigation to help in the prosecution of the person filing this false report. It's all a scam trying to tarnish a good company with an amazing reputation. He even tried using Jeff Nesters name, who immediately filed a rebuttal. There has not EVER been any complaints or lawsuit involving AAA and insurance fraud. We have not EVER been involved in court in Macomb County..and have NEVER been arraigned for anything. It is all completely a LIE. We are a very reputable towing company and will continue to give the Best service to our customers. Our amazing ratings proves we are the BEST! Shame on the person who has done this!

The stated author of this report is false, I am not sure why someone would use my name. I have a family owned and operated business for over 38 years in the local community and have never had an issue with Phil's Towing. We do our best to support all local businesses.

All charges were dismissed. AAA has apologized due to an accounting error.
