Philadelphia Police/Pennsylvania State Police Police report needed! ID theft, Fraud, false information giving to DHS that sent that department on a Witch Hunt, City computer is twisted with false information Philadelphia Pennsylvania
Officer George Lochner was a Victim of lies, hearsay from my neighbors. He was misinformed about who I was and my conduct. He was thinking he was helping me? I dont know I dont care, I was asleep anyway! This was a long time ago. I was not stalking him I was just going to work, and doing what normal people do buy food clothes pay bills. I feel sorry for this officer that he was used in a revenge retaliation game. There is another number for the IAD case that is known to police only.
Problems to date! ID theft, Fraud, false change of address forms, that needs to be documented with the PPD/State police!. False information giving to DHS that sent that department on a Witch Hunt against my husband (3-20-2004) Trying to take our child from us! (There is no past of abuse, and I will take a lie detecter test to prove this!)
City computer is twisted with false information on a property that Ocwen Federal foreclosed on us 6/2001. Shows that there is another name for owner (landlord)to forward property tax to my husband at our closed out (1995) PO box. That house was listed as a rental, yet it was vacant and boarded up from 7-01-4-04. House was possible sold in the past month. Ocwen possible sent documents back to boarded up house (3-2003)
Death threats from neighbor Bob Webber (1993) if the house was sold! "We will look you up!" "We know where your relatives live" "Say nothing but Hi as long as you have your health!" "You will find out who is behind this!" "No one listens to a nobody just a somebody" "Someone wants your house for nothing" (neighbor)
List of hate crimes from neighbors (92-99), 3 dead cats, cut gas grill line, knife sticking out of lawn after IAD report received via USPS, set fires, shot .22 bullet fired during appeal of IAD case. This is NOT from the officer above! These acts were from neighbors! Now it is documented! Also stolen USPS mail from (1993-2000)
To date crank phone calls, due to the fact that it is the same people involved. Sorry if this case is twisted it lacked detectives and investigators. Requesting anyone with information to go to the proper authorities!
All I want is the safety of my family/ my 84yr old Mother and myself! A federal protection for witnesses! The case (with the neighbors) went uninvestigated and it turned into ID theft and posing to date!
Other victims of the retired Judge's aids are a past 15th dist police officer 1500 wagon (1992) and the Judge's clerk typist (1998)
